I don’t think we have enough wind here in Tennessee. I would install one if
we did, and we don’t have enough rich liberals around here to complain
about them.

Your an idiot, it all depends where you live. I bet my left nut that you
have ZERO knowledge about renewable energy, huh?

I have a question for someone, any help would be great and appreciated…I
have an AC turbine, 2 phase , 3 wire ac output…is there an order to put
the red, black and the blue AC (3) wires from the wind-turbine on to the
three inputs on the rectifier…or can the three wires go in any order…?

Shit, she must have some serious money and she’s young too.

If it is a 3 wire 3 phase ac motor it does not matter what order they are
attached to the rectifiers AC inputs.

You are right about that. If you go to build it ABOUTSOLARCELLS.COMXA.COM
and pose that question to Gary Reysa. Gary is the original designer. Really
enjoyed your site by the way!

BHAHAHAHA put wind turbines on top of basketball hoops at school hahaha :D,
I can just see it. “Who ever hits the turbine gets my cookies”… Though
the parking lot idea is pretty solid, im surprised malls don’t get into
that for the fact of saving money on energy.

Do you know why it ties into the grid… because they make money on it,
they get a reduction on there energy costs biased on how much they provide
to the grid. Its all about money, in time they will save more money then
what the turbine cost to install.

They got massive ones in Holland all along the roads they look majestic up
close. They have used old ones for centuries for sawing wood, draining the
wetlands and many other industrial uses.

It’s a wind turbine! A “windmill” is a structure that harnesses the power
of the wind to grind corn into flour. English is a fourth language for me
but even I can tell the difference. Tsk tsk tsk.

Does anyone know the diameter of the rotor? It seems to be rather small.
But to achive 500 kWh per month with an average wind speed of 12 miles per
hour, you need a turbine of about 4 meters diameter.

This windmill kit will cost you around $100, which is really nothing when
compared to the average energy bill that you get every month.
