I don’t know specifically, but I’d get a pro to do it.
Getting a nice uniform roll seems way beyond most folks usual gardening expertise, but pushing a lot of sand around is key.

In addition to being difficult to establish, a natural grass putting green is very hard to maintain. One solution is to have an artificial turf green installed. Even some golf pros have these in their back yards.
