What is that flag with the stick called at the putting green that is inside the hole?

I want to buy that flag thingy with the stick because the golf course by my house takes the flags with sticks off at 5pm off the holes..
So i wanna buy one of those flags with the stick so i can practice..
where can i buy one?

It’s called a flagstick or pin. Ask the Pro at the golf course if you can buy one. You can also buy them at your local golf store (Golfsmith or Golf Galaxy) or go online to their website and order one. Don’t even think about taking one from the golf course because that is theft and nobody likes a dishonest golfer.
